The AOMC, as part of its efforts to promote best practices and standards in Human Resource Management for its members, organized a two (2) day Human Resource Professional and Legal Compliance training.
The training was held on Tuesday, 22nd & Wednesday, 23rd February 2022 at the GIMPA Executive Center.
The training program was

aimed at building the capacity of members with professional knowledge and competencies in the Labour Act and related issues.
The four (4) key areas were;
i. Contract of Employment
ii. Collective Agreement & Labour Relations
iii. Conditions of Service
iv. Compliance under the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and related laws
Human Resource Managers of

OMCs/LPGMCs were tutored on best industry practises relating to Human Resource.
The resource person for the training was Dr. Edward Kwapong, President of the National Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana
All participants received a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.
